What got me to join:

“In my earlier academic days, I felt the intense pressure to look a certain way. It wasn’t until I learned in my later years the importance of mental health. I joined Heads Up to help students who face mental health issues due to the social climate. I have my story and they have theirs. Together I want to help create a positive change, one where in my later years I will be proud to have said “I did my part.”
